Michael Feathers, a reknowned and accomplished software developer, has joined Obtiva as Chief Scientist.
His role here is multifaceted: he'll lead software development projects, perform Agile and technology coaching, consult with clients, mentor software teams, and conduct research that contributes innovative ideas, theories and practices to the industry. He'll also be developing new curricula and leading training programs.
This is a monumental move - Michael is internationlly respected, an active leader in the Agile community, and an insightful, visionary thinker. He's a regular presenter at conferences around the world, a published author, and an all-around great guy. Having Michael on the Obtiva team will have a profoundly positive impact on our employees, our work, our customers and our outreach to the software community.
His passions include working to solve problems in large legacy code bases and connecting with what makes developing software fun and enriching.
