Training @ Mountain West Ruby Conference

Obtiva, an agile software development company that builds web and mobile applications for nationally known clients, is the sole gold level sponsor of the Mountain West Ruby Conf in Utah March 17-18, 2011.

The day prior to the conference, March 16, Obtiva conducts two training sessions open to the public. The morning course teaches attendees how to “Improve Your Ruby Skills” using Ruby on Rails. The afternoon course, “Get Started with TDD in a Legacy Environment,” presents the latest techniques in test-driven development and behavior-driven development.

Both courses are taught by Obtiva Senior Consultant Noel Rappin, a noted software developer, speaker, blogger and published author. Training takes place at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center, 225 South West Temple, Salt Lake City.

Each training class is limited to 60 attendees and the fee is $75 per person.
